What are my payment options?

Making recurring or automatic monthly payments is the easiest way to ensure your payments are timely and accurate, putting you on the best path to improving your credit score. All available payment methods are listed here.

Can my payments be automatically deducted from my checking or savings account?

What is my grace period?

The grace period may be determined by the state where you executed your retail installment sales contract. The grace period only determines the number of days before a late fee is assessed on your account. Your payment is still due on or before the due date. Failure to do so will result in your account being past due and late charges being assessed. Please call us toll-free at 1 (877) 576-2265 for more information. 

At what point will I be charged a late fee?

The amount of the late fee and when it is assessed depends on the specific terms of your retail installment contract. 

May I change my payment due date?

Yes. In order to qualify to change the due date, the account must be current, the first payment must be made, and we must have received proof of full-coverage insurance. 

When a loan is satisfied (paid in full), when should I expect my title?

It  depends on specific state law as well as the payment method used as to when  FinBe USA can release the title. We will send paper titles by mail to the address we have on file.

Can I refinance my auto loan with FinBe USA?

Currently we do not offer this option.
